What You'll Do

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include:

• Reconciling accounting schedules and accounts
• Reviewing, researching, and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and maintaining accounting records and documentation
• Providing accounting and administrative support to management and staff
• Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Assisting with special projects and additional accounting duties as needed
• Cross-training in other administrative functions to support business operations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting or administrative experience
• CDK software experience
• Associate degree, accounting certification, or related coursework
• Strong computer and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
