Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to answering telephone inquiries for the bureau, filing and scanning documents, routing mail and correspondence, mailing warrants, assisting the bureau in developing and updating desk procedures, processing reimbursements in FLAIR, approving P-card transactions in Works, approving reimbursement travel expenses in STMS, and performing related reconciliation functions.
