Objetivo del puesto
Apoyar al departamento de Contabilidad, principalmente en el proceso de cuentas por pagar, asegurando que los pagos a proveedores se realicen de forma correcta y a tiempo.
¿Qué harás?
- Registrar facturas en el sistema contable y verificar que tengan la codificación, documentación y aprobaciones correctas.
- Conciliar facturas y detectar discrepancias antes de realizar pagos.
- Comunicarte con proveedores para obtener la documentación necesaria.
- Aplicar las retenciones correspondientes y cumplir con los requisitos gubernamentales.
- Emitir pagos y gestionar las aprobaciones necesarias.
- Mantener organizados y actualizados los archivos digitales.
- Apoyar en la auditoría anual y en la preparación de informes.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Grado en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad y/o Finanzas.
- 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares.
- Ingles intermedio -Conversacional
- Manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Persona organizada, detallista, confiable y con buen trato al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota con autonomía.
