Help manage the financial operations that enable our team to develop technology solutions for the Great Commission with excellence and integrity. 

About The Applicant 

• Called to serve in missions 

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong numerical accuracy 

• Experienced in accounting software, experience in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect are ideal 

• Skilled in financial record-keeping and report generation 

• Trustworthy and committed to financial stewardship and accountability 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ACH/credit card processing 

How One Will Serve 

• Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks 

• Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules 

• Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements 

• Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts 

• Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses 

• Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation 

• Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges 

• Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records

• Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana 

• Sonset Solutions is a faith-based nonprofit organization. Staff members are employees of the ministry and their compensation is funded through a financial partnership model in which supporters contribute to the mission of the organization. Staff receive training and support in developing and maintaining ministry partnerships.
