The Treasury Compliance Analyst serves as an independent control function within Treasury’s Second Line of Defense, responsible for preventing, detecting, and mitigating legal, regulatory, operational, financial, and strategic risks across Treasury activities. This role supports a strong culture of compliance by providing oversight, challenge, and guidance to Treasury operations while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
The analyst evaluates Treasury controls, conducts risk assessments, monitors compliance-related activities, and identifies opportunities for process improvements that enhance control effectiveness and operational efficiency. This position partners with Treasury, Controller, Risk Management, Corporate Compliance, Internal Audit, and external banking partners to ensure compliance obligations are met and risks are appropriately managed.
In this hybrid, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110

Position Compensation Range:

$69,000.00 - $115,000.00
