A leading organisation in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is seeking a Tax Manager to support the Head of Tax in a high -impact, strategic role within a complex international group. <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will play a key role in delivering the Group Tax strategy, ensuring strong governance, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to manage tax risk proactively and opportunity.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Deliver pragmatic, commercial tax advice to business units and senior stakeholders<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support transactions, business cases, and forecasting from a tax perspective<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead corporation tax compliance for Irish and UK entities<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee tax provisioning for reporting, statutory accounts, and forecasts<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage transfer pricing compliance and documentation (CbCR, ILR, UK CIR)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain and enhance the Tax Control Framework, including SAO compliance<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead tax forecasting aligned with business planning cycles<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with Pillar II and sustainability reporting requirements<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive process improvements and tax technology initiatives<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Partner across teams and represent Tax on cross -functional projects<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>About you<\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • 10+ years’ tax experience with CTA (or equivalent) and 7+ years PQE<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong technical expertise across corporate tax, compliance, and reporting<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power Query, Alteryx)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to deliver independently in a fast -paced environment<\/span>
