Sr Regulatory Compliance Manager - Regional Service Line

Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager - Regional Service Line to join our Team in the Gulf Coast Division. This person can sit in any of the Gulf Coast offices including Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead our environmental, health, and safety (EHS) efforts in Terracon’s Gulf Coast Division (Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee) and assist staff and clients across the country. We are looking for someone with broad EHS experience that can mentor staff and build our EHS practices throughout the Gulf Coast Division and work with our EHS team across the country. Some of the EHS skills we are currently looking for include: Air permitting (Title V and minor source) Stormwater/SWPPP RCRA/Hazardous waste Compliance auditing Oil Storage/SPCC plans SARA Title III (Tier II/TRI) reporting Industrial wastewater Sustainability Exposure Monitoring Industrial Hygiene evaluations Workplace and Operational Safety OSHA Compliance Evaluations Gap Assessments Health & Safety Program Development To be successful in this role you will need to be confident and possess a strong technical background with proven leadership skills. You will manage projects, prepare reports and other deliverables, and review documents prepared by others for accuracy, completeness, and quality following company standards. You will also develop client relationships; and train, mentor, and direct staff on projects. You will serve as a point of contact for EHS services in the Gulf Coast Division and provide support on regional and national projects and pursuits.
