Specialist What can you expect: A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team. Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams. Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process. Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards. Ensuring adequate peer / subordinate reviews are conducted as per process requirement. Drive Cross training to back up 100% for critical work. Regularly maintain and update dashboards for the team SLAs. Reporting for team SLAs to the internal / external stakeholders. Managing and mentoring the team performances. Manage month-end / quarter-end finalisation and reporting for the below processes: Payroll Fixed Assets Inter-company Bank reconciliations Accruals / Prepayments Leases Revenue Managing process / review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines. Managing audit requirements What you need to have: Commerce Graduate with 5+ years of work experience / CA with 1 year of work experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy of work. Ability to work within tight deadlines. Ability to deal with multiple formats of data & large volumes of data. Good communication skills.
