We are seeking a talented individual to join our Government Human Services Consulting (GHSC) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Phoenix, AZ, Seattle, WA, or Minneapolis, MN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.  

Medicaid is a government-sponsored health insurance program in the United States designed to provide healthcare coverage to low-income individuals and families. As a consulting firm specializing in Medicaid, Mercer’s GHSC team assists state governments in optimizing their Medicaid programs. Our team plays a vital role in managing and analyzing Medicaid claims data to enhance patient access to care, improve cost efficiency, and elevate the quality of services provided to these individuals. As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced programmers, actuaries, and clinicians, contributing to meaningful projects that aim to positively impact the lives of individuals and families in need. The applicable salary for this role is $68,000 in Phoenix and Minneapolis. The applicable salary for this role is $73,000 in Seattle.
