Associate Accountant

The Role Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join our team in Limassol (Michaelides) . This role supports day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities Perform bank reconciliations , investigate variances, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items. Complete supplier and customer reconciliations , identify discrepancies, and follow up to support resolution. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and processes. Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel . Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support service delivery and resolve issues efficiently. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, controls, and process efficiency. Required Qualifications & Experience 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration . Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations . Hands-on experience with supplier and customer reconciliations . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills preferred).
