Our client in the Healthcare space is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-performing finance team. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, optimize operations, and support value-creation initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing
Turning Data into Strategy- Partner with operational teams to develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics that drive business decisions.
- Transform complex data into compelling, actionable insights for leadership.
- Build scenario analyses and financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Develop high-impact presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Conduct variance analysis across clinics, identifying key trends and opportunities.
- Align financial insights with operational goals for seamless business performance.
- Work alongside departments like Marketing, Procurement, and HR to optimize financial decision-making.
- Champion best practices in data governance, reporting accuracy, and financial integrity.
- Drive automation, streamline workflows, and introduce dynamic reporting tools.
- Implement innovative financial strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Quantify the impact of operational and market-driven initiatives.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve financial and business performance.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or strategy within a high-growth, data-driven environment.
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex modeling).
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL and automation tools to streamline reporting.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills—able to influence at all levels.
- Multi-site experience is a plus!
