JOB SUMMARY

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually.

Holland is seeking a financial professional with advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset to join our collaborative team. The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for the month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting for multiple assigned corporate business units, ensuring financial statements are accurate and in compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies. This role serves as a key accounting contact for business unit leadership, manages accounting processes, reviews supporting work, and supports consistent, high-quality financial reporting across the organization in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This individual works independently with moderate decision-making authority.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field required. Professional certification (CPA) preferred. Six (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum four (4) years’ experience in accounting required. Previous experience in corporate, development, or construction accounting strongly preferred. Professional certification (CPA) may be considered in lieu of some experience.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
