Requirements

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage multiple project documents, including preparing transmittals, receiving vendor/customer documentation, and ensuring timely internal distribution.
• Track and monitor project documentation using document management systems, including generating reports on document status and overdue deliverables.
• Develop and maintain document templates, stylesheets, and format guidelines for consistency and quality.
• Support document numbering and naming conventions aligned with company standards.
• Manage document revisions, status tracking, and workflows using systems such as Documentum.
• Coordinate internally and externally to expedite document submissions in line with project schedules.
• Maintain organized and secure storage of vendor documentation.
• Act as a central point of contact for all project documentation queries and support.
• Compile Manufacturing Record Books and ensure completeness of project documentation.
• Coordinate shipment of hard copy documents when required.
• Provide weekly updates on documentation status and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Lead document closure activities, including cleanup and archiving of project folders.
