Job Title: Senior Director, Private Markets Fund Accounting
Locations: Union, NJ (hybrid), New York City (hybrid), Windsor, CT (Hybrid), Stamford, CT (hybrid)

How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead at the executive level, setting the vision and direction for a large, multi-functional Private Markets organization while shaping and executing a forward-looking operating model
- Own and drive the success of the Private Markets business, spanning product strategy, fund accounting and administration, capital accounts, middle office, investment accounting, regulatory reporting, and performance analytics
- Deliver on key business objectives, including P&L and profitability, talent and location strategy, and client satisfaction—while acting as a product champion to evolve offerings in line with market and client needs
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to accelerate growth, support business development, and strengthen the firm’s market presence
- Leverage deep industry, competitive, and technology insights to inform strategic decisions and drive long-term value creation
- Serve as a highly visible, influential leader with executives and clients, confidently communicating strategy, performance, and results across all levels of the organization
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related discipline
- 10+ years relevant experience working for a financial institution and/or fund administrator
- 5+ years of prior management/supervisory experience

- CPA/CFA, MBA preferred
