Job Summary

The Senior Accountant provides leadership within the accounting function and ensures the integrity of ISCorp’s financial records. This role drives complex accounting activities and supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes and timelines
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Own balance sheet integrity and account structure
• Lead audit preparation and external auditor coordination
• Drive accounting process optimization and automation
• Support NetSuite optimization and system enhancements
• Mentor and develop accounting staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel and ERP expertise
• Experience supporting audits and internal controls

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

- Microsoft GP (current)

- NetSuite (future state)

- Microsoft Excel
