Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization's financial operations. The Senior Accountant will support key accounting functions, financial reporting, and revenue processes, compliance activities, and cross-functional financial initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the department.

What You'll Do:
- Support the organization's accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end activities.
- Manage and oversee multiple accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection.
- Assist with regulatory, statutory, audit, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Serve as a financial resource to internal stakeholders and collaborate across departments to support business operations.
- Provide backup support to team members with critical financial processes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives that support organizational goals and strategic priorities.
What You Will Bring to MedOne:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of four years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
