Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience managing the 'Full Cycle' of accounting (from AP/AR through Financial Reporting)
-
2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online
-
Ability to be comfortable working under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time
What You'll Do (The Mission)
As our Senior Accountant, you are the guardian of our financial health. You don't just "do the books"-you manage the financial narrative of the business. Your daily focus includes:-
Full-Cycle Ownership: Take total responsibility for the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Month-End Mastery: Assist the month-end close process with speed and precision, ensuring all reconciliations are flawless.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow reports to leadership.

Compliance & Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and growth goals.
