Senior Accountant - Finance Builder

What you’ll do:

• Take full ownership of core accounting operations: AP, AR, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements.
• Manage the complexities of multi-location accounting across 300+ distributed sites.
• Implement new tools, systems, and processes - your voice will matter here.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and visibility of financial data.
• Help us improve financial visibility not just at the corporate level, but down to individual locations.

Who you are:

• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a startup or small accounting team (not a large corporate/shared services environment).
• Comfort with AP, AR, reconciliations, and owning the month-end close.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator - experience working with sales, operations, or similar teams.
• Self-starter who enjoys solving problems, spotting inefficiencies, and proposing better ways.
• Clear communicator - able to explain accounting concepts simply and effectively.
• Bonus points if you’ve:
• Worked in a multi-entity, multi-location environment.
• Used modern SaaS accounting platforms (but no specific tools required - we’re open!).

• $90,000 – $110,000 base salary (flexible for the right candidate)
