The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis in accordance with GAAP. The Senior Accountant prepares, reviews, and analyzes journal entries and schedules to support timely and accurate financial reporting. The Senior Accountant prepares monthly reconciliations and assists the Controller with drafting financial statements. Additionally, the Senior Accounting performs financial statement analysis, process improvement, audit functions, and contributes to various financial projects. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a combination of public accounting and/or nonprofit and/or healthcare accounting.

The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Controller/Finance Director and works closely with the other finance team members to achieve organizational objectives. The Senior Accountant will:
