HornBill's client in Alexandria, Virginia (VA) is seeking a Senior Accountant. Senior Accountant Responsibilities Include:
- Producing journals that inform monthly P/L and balance sheet activity
- Preparing accounting/reconciliations of high volume accounts
- Reviewing the journals and reconciliations prepared by staff
- Assisting in budget and forecast preparation
- Recording revenue on partnership and payments from retailers
- Preparing payments/collection calendar based on team/investor contracts
- Preparing and reviewing weekly payout batches, and assisting with the annual audit
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA preferred
- Great Plains preferred not required
