About the Senior Accountant Role: 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant is a key member of the Finance team responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of BRIC's accounting operations and financial reporting. This role supports the monthly and year-end close processes, strengthens internal controls, ensures compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, and partners across the organization to deliver reliable financial information that supports sound decision-making. 

What You’ll Do in the Role: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following, in addition to other projects as assigned by Senior Director, Finance: 

General Accounting & Financial Reporting

Compliance, Audit & Internal Controls

Financial Analysis & Team Collaboration
