Role: Sr. Accountant - AR
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (5 days in the office a week)
Type: Contract
Rate: $57/Hr on W2
Requirement:
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with significant experience in accounts receivable and revenue accounting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, including complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Advanced understanding of accounts receivable processes and revenue-related transactions.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) and strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet firm deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Works with discretion and integrity, safeguarding confidential and sensitive financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
