As a Senior Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services (Senior Bookkeeper) your responsibilities will include: • Reconcile data from 3rd party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc. • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile and review sales data • Review accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using 3rd party applications • Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements • Review payroll time entries and process payroll • Run GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRA • Prepare T4 returns • Set up client files, assist with the completion of budgets and complete administrative planning and other aspects of cloud Bookkeeping work • Perform/assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes • Experience with prepaids, amortization and intercompany transactions preferred • Perform basic financial analysis • Prepare basic analytical reports and cash flow statements • Collaborate with clients on a regular basis • Train and mentor junior colleague Doane Grant Thornton If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors— your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity . To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $57,500–$83,200 in Prince George.
