Senior Accountant

We are a publicly traded principal investment firm that provides customized long-term debt and equity solutions to lower middle-market companies and private equity-backed businesses.
What you'll do
- Own general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and analysis
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, variance analysis, and continuous improvement
- Prepare investment income schedules, internal management reports, and SEC filings (10-K/10-Q)
- Manage weekly balance sheet recaps, ACH processes, subsequent events, and pipeline reconciliations
- Contribute to investor and analyst presentation materials and special projects
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or MBA a plus)
- CPA or actively pursuing preferred
- 2–4 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Self-starter with strong organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
