The Compliance Manager maintains Modern Niagara’s compliance framework for regulated fuels work, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, and welding across multiple Canadian jurisdictions. The role provides regulatory interpretation, program governance, technical compliance support, and oversight of authorizations, qualifications, inspections, records, and corrective actions to ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable legislation, codes, standards, permits, licenses, certificates, and internal quality requirements.

Success in this role means maintaining strong regulatory compliance, translating complex requirements into practical processes, and providing clear guidance that enables teams to execute regulated work safely, consistently, and in accordance with applicable requirements.
