Ownership and Key Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective material procurement to support uninterrupted production and on-time customer order fulfillment, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and fostering high-quality supplier relationships.
Main Authorities and Missions
- Placing orders to suppliers and supervising their execution.
- Ensuring availability of components to fulfill customer orders based on plans.
- Controlling delivery dates and stock levels.
- Cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers.
- Cooperating closely with Logistics and Production Planning Departments.
- Monitoring the timely execution of orders.
- Conducting supplier evaluations in accordance with the applicable procedure.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably economics).
- English language knowledge (oral and written) necessary for everyday communication.
- Experience in working on a similar position in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in contacts with international companies.
- Independence and initiative in action.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Accuracy and independence of action.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
