Description
  1. Manage purchasing activities and the full procurement cycle.
  2. Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms.
  3. Prepare purchase orders and monitor orders through delivery.
  4. Maintain supplier relationships and resolve procurement issues.
  5. Analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
  6. Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery.
  7. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  8. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to meet purchasing and operational requirements.

Qualifications
  1. Education: Associate’s degree with concentration accounting/procurement, or comparable knowledge.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting and or procurement. At least 2-4 years of experience with the nonprofit sector.
  3. Certification: N/A
