Procurement Specialist

Responsible for executing and documenting procurement activities involving construction, equipment, materials, and professional services while ensuring compliance with project policies and applicable federal requirements.

Key requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* At least three years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
* Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, and proposal evaluations.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with CDBG/CDBG-DR, 2 CFR Part 200, or federally funded procurement is preferred.
* CPSM, CPM, or similar certification is a plus.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
