JOB SUMMARY: The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing regional procurement, receiving, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and supplier management functions. This position ensures the effective sourcing, purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods and services required to support business operations. They will drive cost-saving initiatives, maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls, develops supplier partnerships, and provides leadership to purchasing and receiving teams while supporting operational and financial objectives. This position will require traveling within the KY State region(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead all regional purchasing, receiving, inventory, and warehouse-related activities to ensure goods and services are acquired, received, stocked, and distributed accurately and efficiently.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that maximize value, reduce costs, improve service levels, and support company objectives.
Manage competitive bidding processes, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract recommendations.
Negotiate pricing, service agreements, payment terms, rebates, and supplier contracts to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Establish and maintain productive supplier relationships while monitoring vendor performance, service levels, pricing compliance, and contractual obligations.
Oversee receiving operations to ensure purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries are accurately matched, verified, and processed in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, storage practices, and replenishment activities to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize waste, shortages, and overstock situations.
Partner with department leaders and property management to identify operational needs, develop procurement plans, and support budget objectives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present procurement reports, supplier scorecards, inventory analyses, budget performance summaries, and cost-savings results to management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field preferred.
Minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience with inventory management systems, procurement software, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of sourcing practices, supplier negotiations, contract administration, inventory controls, and purchasing principles.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs dictate.
Internal candidates must satisfy all requirements outlined in the company's Transfer and Promotion Policy.
Must be able to obtain and hold all required non-gaming registration and licensing as required.
