As a Principal Financial Analyst – Service & Repair Finance Process Improvement, you will act as a global finance subject matter expert, improving and standardising accounting and finance processes supporting the Service & Repair organisation. You will connect accounting requirements, business operations, data and SAP capabilities to simplify processes, improve data quality and strengthen financial controls. Working across Finance, Accounting, Operations and IT, you will lead process improvements, automation and harmonisation initiatives in a complex global environment.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Netherlands: 84,320.00 EUR - 126,480.00 EUR | The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
