Was erwartet Dich?
- Vollständig selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Abrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben
- Pflege und Prüfung der abrechnungsrelevanten Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
- Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie sonstigen abrechnungsrelevanten Veränderungen
- Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um Gehalt und Abrechnung
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Ansprechpartnern, beispielsweise Sozialversicherungsträgern, Behörden und Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung abrechnungsrelevanter Konten und Schnittstellen zur Buchhaltung
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen
