What You’ll Do
As our Payroll Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports.
- Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Collaborating with HR and accounting teams to support overall company operations.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
