Payroll Clerk
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Payroll Clerk. The purpose of the Payroll Clerk is to process member payroll transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Processes payroll transactions
- Processes Personnel Action Forms
- Processes Benefit Request Forms
- Maintains member receivables
- Ensures accurate coding of payroll transactions
- Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller/Payroll Manager
- Attends weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High School or General Education Degree (GED); and two to three years related payroll experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
