Your Impact In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Oversee all payroll and benefits activities and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of operations; Lead, engage, and develop a team of three while fostering their autonomy and professional growth; Act as the subject matter expert for complex payroll and benefits matters; Ensure the application and evolution of payroll practices in a Canada-wide, multi-entity environment; Play a key role in the integration of new businesses, including the analysis, harmonization, and implementation of payroll and benefits practices; Actively contribute to the evolution of Dayforce by identifying optimization opportunities and participating in the improvement of processes and tools; Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to strengthen the efficiency and reliability of operations; Work closely with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure an integrated approach and a high-quality employee experience; Contribute to the evolution of practices, controls, and processes to support BPA’s growth across Canada.

Profile Sought

University degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or a related field. PCP or P.C.P. (Payroll Compliance Professional) certification. A minimum of six to eight years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing. Experience in team supervision, coordination, or leadership. Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations. Experience in a multi-entity or Canada-wide environment. Experience with Dayforce or an integrated payroll management system. Experience with business integrations, process harmonization, or continuous improvement is a strong asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and priority-management skills. Ability to work in an evolving environment and navigate situations that may at times be less structured. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of business partners. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.*
