Work Schedule for a Full-Time Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

This position works full-time Monday through Friday remotely with the exception of mandatory attendance at a few events each year.

A Day in the Life of a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits for JAG-K employees. This position serves as a key resource for employees and managers regarding payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and related HR processes. The Coordinator maintains accurate employee records, supports compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies, and works closely with the HR team, payroll providers, benefits carriers, and other external partners.

Qualifications for a Full-Time Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Do you have at least three years of experience with employee benefits, payroll, and policy administration? Do you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field? Are you able to work independently while managing multiple priorities? Do you have a valid driver's license? Do you have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail?
