You’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, multi-state workforce, including union and non-union employees. If you thrive on detail, excel at managing competing priorities, and are seeking a role with growth potential and project variety, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multi-frequency, union, and non-union payrolls- Audit and reconcile HR and payroll data for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations- Support Oracle and SAP payroll system testing, making adjustments and data updates as needed- Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies- Set up and process employee garnishments in compliance with legal requirements- Prepare and deliver ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll integration and resolve issues- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and company policies- Provide support for special projects and system upgrades, including Excel-based assignments under timed conditionsRequired Skills and Experience- 3+ years payroll experience in a large company environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills: vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, advanced formulas- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation- Understanding of HR policies, payroll accounting, wage and hour laws, and SOX compliance- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure- Proactive, customer-focused approach and team player mentality- Flexibility to work onsite full-time and adapt to shifting prioritiesPreferred Skills- Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or major HCM systems- Knowledge of union payroll processing and multi-state taxation rules- Background in handling payroll for multi-state, union environmentsBenefits- Opportunity to work with a renowned entertainment company and gain exposure to industry-leading payroll practices- Career development through involvement in special projects and system upgrades- Collaborative, supportive team culture in a vibrant campus setting- Competitive hourly compensation (up to $72.50/hr), with potential for overtime and role extensionHow to ApplyReady to elevate your payroll career?
