Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college, offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds.

The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for payroll processes under the guidance of the Payroll Director. The Payroll Administrator will have overall responsibility for timekeeping through the College’s Self Service Time and Attendance (SSTA) system and other payroll systems.  They will assist the Payroll Director with running reports and queries to ensure all information entered into the payroll system is accurate and adheres to the College’s policies and procedures. They will work with the Payroll Director to create, revise and update policies and procedures essential to payroll operations.
