Position Overview:

​​

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join the existing payroll team at COPE Galway to manage the Time and Attendance system and prepare accurate payroll data for submission to our external payroll provider. This is a key role ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time. ​

The successful candidate will support and work closely with the HR & Payroll Coordinator, Finance and HR teams.​

The primary focus areas of the role are to maintain the Time and Attendance system (Softworks) and to process all required reports to ensure accuracy of the monthly payroll file, adhering to payroll deadlines.

Term of Contract: 1 Year Fixed-Term contract 

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Salary: COPE Galway: Clerical Grade (IV)- €34,687.22

Method of pay: Monthly via bank transfer 

Annual Leave: 24 days pro-rata per annum​

Place of work: COPE Galway, Calbro House, Tuam Road, Galway​
