Responsibilities
- Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on schedule.

- Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and billing details.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to prepare for audits and financial reporting.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries about payroll and billing issues.
- Update and maintain payroll software and billing systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or Payroll Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legal requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll software and billing systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
