Star Blends is a full-service feed manufacturing facility that uses state-of-the-art technology to produce high-quality animal feed, dairy nutrition, and commodity contracting for our hardworking Midwest farm families. The Role:

The Mill Controller is responsible for safety and productivity and is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

• Monitor and operate our computer-blending/receiving system
• Sequence production runs
• Receive incoming bulk ingredients 
• Generate invoices for outgoing bulk products
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of all Production      Associates
• Lead team huddles 

 Now hiring in Sparta for both first and second shifts.

• First Shift: 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Second Shift: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

This role requires the ability to work in a variety of Wisconsin weather conditions and safely lift up to 60 pounds.
