A HornBill client is seeking an Accounting Manager for a large Healthcare organization in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). Summary: The Accounting Manager will supervise a team of 5 and will oversee GL Accounting, reporting, month end close and ensuring GAAP compliance. This position will also support and have a nice blend of FP&A functions (supporting budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years supervisory
- CPA a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit judgment and deal constructively with staff and managers
