Overview

Lifeway is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the General Accounting team and own the financial infrastructure that keeps our mission-driven organization running with integrity. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, general ledger operations, treasury functions, royalty administration, and corporate tax compliance while partnering closely with FP&A and senior leadership on strategic financial decisions. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a CPA who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants their work to matter beyond the balance sheet.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance - required

Master's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance - preferred

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.) - not required
