Accounting Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, detail oriented accounting professional to own the day to day accounting operations for our restaurants, distillery, and growing co-packing business. This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience who's ready to take the next step in their career and grow alongside a fast paced company.

You'll be responsible for keeping the accounting engine running.

What You'll Own

• Accounts payable through Bill.com
• Accounts receivable and customer invoicing
• Payroll processing
• Company credit cards and expense management (Ramp)
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Month-end close and financial reporting
• Physical inventory and inventory reconciliations
• Support budgeting, cash flow, and special projects
• Continuously improve processes and help us become more efficient

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Willing to learn, ask questions, and improve every day
• Restaurant, inventory, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Knows how to work a juke box.
