As the Manager, FP&A – Finance, Merch & Creative, you define your role as a strategic partner for the functional organizations you support. The execution of this has you partnering with people leaders and team members to accomplish business objectives.

You will be responsible for supporting financial outcomes through the execution of OPEX and capital planning strategies that align with our business objectives. You will help develop financial frameworks that guide decision-making, ensuring efficient resource allocation and investment prioritization. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will contribute to aligning financial planning with operational goals, optimizing spending, and supporting growth in a fast-paced environment.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

FP&A at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing business leaders with the information they need to review past performance, understand business trends, and anticipate future profitability and financial position. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, FP&A advises leadership on key investment decisions and performance improvement. This role is dedicated to supporting our Finance, Merchandising & Creative functions, working as a close business partner to ensure financial stewardship, inclusive of forecasting, planning and tracking of spend, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of theorganizations they support.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is CAD$107,000 - CAD$134,000 Total Rewards

Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
