Job Summary: Leads procurement execution and coordination across multiple projects or programs. Integrates sourcing, purchasing, and supplier activities to align with schedule, commercial, and operational objectives. Applies procurement strategies to complex work and drives consistency in execution. Advises stakeholders and resolves complex procurement challenges to support project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Leads procurement execution across multiple projects or large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and delivery requirements. Applies established procurement strategies and adapts approaches to meet project-specific conditions and constraints. Leads solicitation and sourcing activities, including bid coordination, evaluations, and recommendation development. Coordinates supplier performance and resolves complex delivery, quality, and commercial issues across procurement scope. Aligns procurement activities across stakeholders to ensure consistency in execution and communication. Identifies execution challenges and implements improvements to workflows, coordination, and delivery outcomes. Provides guidance to others on procurement execution, tools, and issue resolution. Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Work Experience: 7–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction operations required. Experience leading procurement for complex or multi-project environments required. Experience supporting procurement strategy, contracting, and supplier performance management required. Experience using procurement platforms and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools required.
