De functie
Als HR Operations & International Payroll Specialist zorg je voor efficiënte, accurate en compliant HR-processen binnen onze internationale organisatie. Je coördineert HR-administratie, ondersteunt internationale payroll, beheert medewerkersgegevens en verbetert continu onze HR-processen en -systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, onze externe payrollprovider, managers en het HR-team.
Let op: Engels is de voertaal richting stakeholders en tijdens internationale/wereldwijde overleggen. Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels is dan ook essentieel.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- HR & employee lifecycle: administratie van onboarding tot offboarding, contracten en personeelsdossiers; datanauwkeurigheid in HiBob; naleving van interne policies en lokale wetgeving.
- Internationale payroll: coördineren van maandelijkse payroll in meerdere landen met Finance en CloudPay; verwerken van salariswijzigingen, verlof en variabele beloning; valideren van payroll-output; ondersteunen bij audits; eerste aanspreekpunt voor payrollvragen.
- Systemen & rapportage: beheren en optimaliseren van HiBob; data-audits; opstellen van HR-/payrollrapportages en dashboards; ondersteunen van digitaliserings- en automatiseringsinitiatieven.
- Compliance & procesverbetering: naleving van arbeidswetgeving en interne controles in meerdere landen; verbeteren van procedures en documentatie; bijdragen aan HR-projecten en systeemimplementaties.
Wat je meebrengt
- 3-5 jaar ervaring in HR Operations, HR-administratie, Payroll of vergelijkbare rol.
- Ervaring met (internationale) payrollcoördinatie en kennis van arbeidswetgeving.
- Ervaring met HiBob of vergelijkbare HRIS-systemen.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands én Engels in woord en geschrift — Engels is de werktaal voor stakeholders en internationale meetings.
- Affiniteit met digitalisering, procesoptimalisatie en AI-gedreven werken.
Praktisch
- Fulltime beschikbaar (32-40 uur/week).
- Minimaal 3 dagen per week op kantoor in Nunspeet (dinsdag, woensdag, vrijdag).
- Hbo-opleiding (of gelijkwaardig) in HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Finance/Payroll of Bedrijfseconomie.
