JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding for student and full time employees.
Process employment and payroll forms accurately and in a timely manner.
Enter and update employee information in Human Resources and Payroll systems.
Verify employment documentation and assist with I-9, tax, and direct deposit paperwork.
Support payroll preparation by reviewing timesheets, tracking deadlines, and identifying discrepancies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, employment forms, and HR policies.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as requested.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Assist with special HR and payroll projects as assigned.
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
