Industrial Finance Manager

Your responsibilities: Active cooperation with the factory management to optimise financial performance and achieve business targets. Comprehensive management of financial projects, including control of costs, investments and operational efficiency. Oversight of internal control processes (inventory, procurement, compliance with IFRS 16, balance sheet). Initiating and implementing cost-saving programmes in collaboration with the operations department. Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and ongoing cost analysis. Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies for the plant. Providing analyses to support key strategic decisions. Participating in central-level transformation and development projects aimed at strengthening financial capabilities within the organisation. Our requirements: A university degree in finance, economics or a related discipline. At least 3 years’ experience in roles directly related to finance within manufacturing companies Experience in managing financial projects. Experience in team management would be an advantage. Communicative level of English (minimum B2). Ability to think strategically and analytically. Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
