Main Responsibilities / Activities

• Execution of the company monthly yearly and regional quarterly and yearly closing activities.
• Manage and coordinate the close the book process
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business and work in close connection with CCS NAM accounting team to secure proper and accurate accounting
• Reviewing and reconcile financial data to ensure fairness and completeness of the data. To be in line with Coesia Financial Manual and policies
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy
• Review, support and execute account reconciliations and analysis process of the company. This is coordination with Coesia NA&M Controller
• Maintaining proper operational, data documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Review and support of proper maintenance and compliance of the accounting and tax dues of the company
• Manage internal and external audits
• Execute and manage Transfer Pricing calculation and reporting requirements to Group HQ. This is line and coordination with Coesia NAM Head of Controlling and Coesia Tax Department
• Participate in the monthly financial closing meetings with company and regional management team and be ready to document actual performances, full year forecast, key deviations vs expected results and versus prior years
• Keep close relationship and full alignment with Coesia North America and Coesia Finance Teams and with Coesia Head of Businesses
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements and managerial reporting.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Participating in special projects.
• Support M&A processes and due diligence

Basic Requirements

• Solid accounting skills
• SAP (mainly FI-CO) highly desirable
• Cost accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proper understanding of Tax and fiscal related matters and implications
• Knowledge of managerial reporting procedures and key tools
• Proficiency in managing data and database – Proficiency in key Windows tools (i.e. Excel and Power Point)
• Controlling and FP&A (considered as a plus) experience preferably in manufacturing companies
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting financial and operational data and to effectively interact with Executives and Top Management Teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Self-motivated, self starter and entrepreneurial attitude
• CPA highly desirable
