We're partnering with our client, a well-established, multi-location company seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Manager to join its team with the trajectory to be a part of the leadership team and help drive a positive employee experience across the business.
This is a highly visible role that blends strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on payroll administration. The right person will be approachable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy connecting with employees at all levels of the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day human resources operations across multiple locations
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and workforce initiatives
- Manage onboarding and new hire processes
- Oversee payroll processing on a biweekly basis
- Support retirement plan administration and employee benefits programs
- Lead recruitment efforts for management and leadership-level positions
- Visit company locations to build relationships and support local teams
- Ensure HR and payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and employee-focused
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees throughout the organization

- Experience in both Human Resources and payroll administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees in a variety of roles and locations
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Professional written communication skills
- Someone who is curious, open to feedback, and willing to continuously improve processes
- Comfortable operating as part of a leadership team
